From the moment I arrived, the receptionist, Dzung, showered me with exceptional care and attention to detail. She not only ensured a seamless check-in but also surprised me with a beautifully decorated room, complete with balloons, a delightful cake, and fresh flowers, making my special day truly unforgettable. The room itself was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and a pristine cleanliness that instantly put me at ease. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate an early check-in, going as far as rectifying a small hiccup with my room assignment promptly and efficiently. The attentive service extended to offering laundry facilities and hassle-free scooter hire, adding convenience to my stay.One of the highlights was the delectable breakfast spread, offering a choice of local delicacies and international options, all served with a personal touch from the attentive staff.
